Assassins Creed Unity, the new installment in the franchise that will only be available for the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC later on this year had a surprising announcement made regarding the games gameplay elements. EA Montreal announced that Assassins Creed Unity will boast a four person co-op mode, this in return means that players can roam the lands of Rome with a four player clan of Assassins. It is unknown as to how this new gameplay element will play out while hoping from one building to another, defeating multiple enemies at once and more.
This isn’t the first time that Assassins Creed has moved in a more multiplayer based direction. After Assassins Creed 1 and 2 were only campaign based, Ubisoft announced that Assassins Creed Brotherhood would offer a multiplayer mode. Ever since then there has been a multiplayer mode includes into an Assassins Creed game but never a co-op mode. We suspect that this gameplay element will allow for more quick and deadly assassinations. It’ll allow for players to run through the game at a faster pace and collect all the special items hidden in the game.
Assassins Creed Unity will be released in the fourth quarter of 2014. The game is best played on the Personal Computer as it will allow for you to receive true potential in the visuals. The game is running on a new software engine as well, thus by allowing for visuals that border reality.
